Our four-phase approach consists of Assessment, Design, Implementation, and Operation. Building Evaluations occur during the assessment phase. We analyze your building facilities and plans, your current telecommunication vendors, and your current marketing and business plans. We develop a long-range technology strategy for each of your buildings that includes the addition of technology and services into your buildings over time and the marketing approaches for the technology and services. For every wave of additions, there is a design phase that selects the best technology and services, designs your systems, works with manufacturers and vendors for the most cost-effective implementations and return on investment, and delivers a detailed project plan with milestones and cost estimates. During implementation, Bristol’s project management team provides schedule tracking, project reviews, problem resolution, and quality/acceptance testing. As your building improvements move into operation, the Bristol team trains your leasing and maintenance teams, provides conduit, riser and rack-space management, and monitors the standards and quality of tenant improvements and additions to the telecommunications infrastructure of your buildings.
